The hotel is located in a fantastic area, just a short walk from the bus terminal and surrounded by a great variety of restaurants and the beach. The rooms are clean, although I noticed they weren't hoovered during my week-long stay. The staff seemed overwhelmed and could use better training for customer service. Dining was quite cheap, which was nice, but the buffet setup could use some cleaning up, especially in the morning. Overall, it offers good value for money, but there's definitely room for improvement.
